The barcode and scanner technology at college fairs allows for more meaningful conversations with prospective students. Our pocket-size scanning devices and smartphone apps capture student data quickly and effortlessly. Leads are emailed two to three business days after the upload, formatted in either an excel spreadsheet or csv file, so the follow up process can start right away. Say goodbye to long lines, illegible contact cards, and time wasted in data entry!

The access code can only be paired with one device/phone and is non transferable. A device/phone upgrade during the season will incur a $15 charge to generate a new access code. This service will only be offered one time per account.

SECOND, choose how many leads you'll be collecting across all the scanners in your group. In other words, how many students will you see at ALL the automated fairs this season?
With our address verification service, a student's self-reported address will be converted to USPS bulk mail compliant format. This information will be added to leads and will not replace the self-reported address. Address verification service is valid for the entire season of your rental, but does not transfer season to season. This service is provided at a flat rate of $100 per season.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you end up scanning more students (collecting more leads) than you originally anticipated, you can easily adjust your order. You will receive an email letting you know when you have exceeded your leads limit. You will not be charged for the increase without your authorization, however, your additional leads will not be released until payment is remitted. Leads do not carry over from season to season, and there are no refunds for unused leads. Please order carefully!
